Alex - The Russian Casino Hacker.
Would you like to make millions of dollars by targeting slot machines but haven’t got a clue on how to go about it? Well, Alex has found a way to do it, and he’s not holding back as he lets on as to how he’s fast grown his account through applying some clever tricks.
Alex is a successful programmer and mathematician, and until late last year, he was busy running a business that he had ran for eight years. His firm was thriving though there was an urge for him to let go of the management headaches and focus on what he liked most, dealing with codes. The time had come for him to leave his firm, but how to do it successfully was the one thing Alex was yet to figure out. You see, his business revolved around pseudorandom number generators and was thus in a complicated legal terrain, which he had to ease out of before he was finally free.
These algorithms govern how slot machine games behave, and if you know about them, you can predict which games are likely to result in a huge payout. Alex would then share this information with his field agents who would then roam the globe looking for slots whose numbers Alex had deciphered. They would then record videos of the targeted machine and would send the footage to the primary office where Alex and his team would analyze the footage to see where the odds would be in their favor.
The team would then send the timing data to an app on the agents’ phones, which would make the phones vibrate a second before the agents could tap on the spin button. These cues were useful in beating odds in tons of casinos. Going by his experience, Alex states that with four people working the slots each week, earnings can be as high as a quarter million dollars each week. That means that in a month, one can have a million dollars in revenues, which is what most gamers would like to register in their accounts.
Seeing how the team would make money from studying machines, one might look at this practice as a violation of the law, but Alex states that it is in line with Russian law. He goes ahead to state that his actions are for the good of the society, seeing as the casino industry has for long benefited to the detriment of the common man. Alex states that though the casino operators promise to entertain, what they do is to take money from the people. Alex says that by taking money from the casinos, he is playing his part in the society, much like Robin Hood. In his book, the house does not always win.
However, he is aware that his system is illegal in many countries, such as in the United States. It was not that long ago that four of his agents faced federal fraud charges after making it big in several casinos in various states.
Alex’s start in casino hacking was not a path he had in mind during his formative years as a mathematician. Back then, he looked at gambling as taxation on stupidity and had little to do with the practice. His stumble onto the world of immense possibilities came about when an Austrian company asked him to work on their machines such that the house would have more favor than usual, scaling down the payments to 50% from 90%. That is when he came across pseudorandom number generators whose mechanisms fascinated him to the point that he spent six months learning everything he could about them. Once Alex mastered the art, he hired agents to attack the machines that he had worked on as he slowly raked in millions from across the globe.
Alex believes that his techniques are cunning, but in no way illegal as there is no hacking in play. What’s your take on the matter?
